Teaching is led by Helen Shepherd, a Registered Nurse and experienced lecturer with a background in hospice care and healthcare education. Helen is passionate about adult learning and holds formal teaching qualifications. She believes that education should be empowering, engaging, and centered around the learner. Her sessions are always adapted to meet the needs of the group—ensuring that no one feels left out, overwhelmed, or under-stimulated.
